Process Engineer(Shanghai Pudong)

Title: Process Engineer

Work Location : Shanghai Pudong

Reporting to: Process engineer supervisor

People Management Responsibility: Yes

Shift required: Yes

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for researching of new process or new method, layout design for new project, production capacity planning and operator demands analysis.
2. Responsible for creating process documents such as WI,Drawing,PFMEA,etc. Also need to take charge of training of operator, choosing and optimizing of tools,equipment and modules,etc.
3. Optimizing process work flow. Census labor time and analyze if have space to optimize.
4. Support QE department to solve quality issues.
5. Support production to solve production abnormity Provide technical support for other department if need.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by TE manager.

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. College or above, Bachelor degree in priority
2. At least 3years experience in wire harness area. With railway experience in priority.
3. Know well about cable assembly standard such as IPC620.
4. Know well about third party parts properties.
5. Be familiar with cable assembly process and quality requirements and have good sense to solve quality issues.
6. Skillful in using Auto CAD. Familiar with Solidwork or UG in priority.
7. Good command of English in Reading, Listening, Speaking and writing.
8. Have a strong ability to work under pressure.
